Alisha Tronetti
Bio
Alisha Tronetti is a doctoral student studying Organizational Psychology in the SDOS Program. She earned a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor's of Science in Management from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2021. Her current research interests include team dynamics, leadership, and networks. She hopes to continue expanding her knowledge and experience in computational modeling and simulation building.
Her thesis explores team cognition and knowledge building, examining the formal decision making processes individuals use when deciding to share information with her team. Through a computational model, she is exploring elements such as information certainty and relevance, as well as social factors such as voice, competence/warmth perceptions.
In the future, she hopes to pursue an academic career in I/O psychology and/or management.
